Oh dear i feel sorry for everyone, it caused mayhem in Sunderland when they did it a few months ago.

Amazed that they're allowed to get away with it. Imagine if an ambulance had been stuck in it.

That is why 6084 never ends on a board which finishes at Hexham for a long period (unless swapped during the evening). 6084 makes up the 14th vehicle on the TEN but due to it not being branded (corporate livery) and being Tachoed, it's whole purpose is to provide backup on the TTX if 6043-48 run late or fail and if needed, would be taken of the 10a/10b at Blaydon, Metrocentre or Newcastle and a corporate B7 would then end up on the 10a/10b

They were doing a traffic census near the honest lawyer at around 18:00 last night too

In other news 7485 is on 64/64A

...which in itself, is far from unusual.

It must have been there all day, as I was caught up in it after 7am. Took me over an hour to get from Coxhoe to the bus station.

Not forgetting Leazes Bowl was closed due to an incident in the evening peak last night. I'm sure it was an absolute write off...

1467 started on X12 this morning before being replaced by 1443. 1415 I believe is off for test (should have been today)
Big'un is sure he spotted a lowlander on the 22 route, passing us at 8pm tonight - it must have been route timing, because we don't get a 22 going out from Durham at that time, but there will be while Lumiere is on.

So, countdown to this thread going bonkers for a few days.
4650 is currently on 1/5/19, It will be the 14:25 19 from Town.
1415 on 15, 1915 on 9/27/27a
1424 on X75/X76, 1508 on X26/X27, 2851 on 12/12a
1562 adding a touch of sparkle to the 22/64/64A this afternoon. Just leaving RBS on 22 to MBS.
Is 1475 a scheduled allocation for the x12 to boro at this time?

No it should be a decker but I wonder if they're all on other routes.
Having said that there's mega delays so it could be covering a run or something.

Replaced 1502 which ended up on 29s, and 1415 eventually replaced 1471.
1453 managed a trip on service 5 tonight too
7440 on 22 about to leave Millburngate Bridge for Sunderland.
Some swaps are now taking on Durham services with larger buses now being allocated such as 7609 on the 46. Just a shame that the 7 is Pulsars tonight [emoji34]

7540 is on Service 7 tonight, just seen it at Nevilles Cross?

Must have been a changeover as it was a Pulsar on the 20:15 journey from Durham. The 21:15 was also a Pulsar although it had a few standees they managed to get away with it although not sure what would happen if Pulsar's do the 22:15 and 23:15 journeys from Durham.

Spotted a double decker passing, so it would have been that one. Running about 20 minutes late. Big'un would be pleased we got a lowlander, though and will be speculating about whether people had to get out and push it up Silent Bank Smile

The driver of the pulsar on the 7 might have had there break down town as it's the same running board so therefore technically it's the same bus which is the 20:15 off Darlington

21:15 arrival from Durham is usually a pulsar anyway as it works the 16:42 service 7 from Darlington (doesn't pick any students up from darlo or Durham)

21:15 departure from Darlington is usually decker operated as it works the 15:22 service 7 which continues on to Framwellgate moor to pick up the college students, and then the 18:05 service 7 to Durham and back

I also have noticed now they have changed the decker running boards around now as before the 16:22 usually had a pulsar on it all the time, now it has a decker, must be to do with the college lot that it picks up at 16:22 from Darlington

Oh and also both back turns on sapphire 7 tomorrow (or should I say today) will be operated by double deckers, thanks to some inside information, as they think tomorrow will be the busiest day for the event

Big'un adamant that 1416 doesn't belong on the x66/67

It is a Darlington MAX spare vehicle.
Often Pulsars on 17s on a Saturday.
