North East Buses

Seems like all the omnicities have 'contactless accepted' on the front window at the black part. Wonder what is next to get it?

GNE frequently use buses of one branding on another service in North Tyneside, as do Arriva. To me, that makes branding quite meaningless.

Very true. I don't see the point of branding if they can't do it properly, at least most of the time. The Coaster, Cobalt Clipper and indiGo services are usually correctly branded and the Quaylink. The corporate livery gives them flexibility, no reason to mix brands and services. Arriva usually has muddled branding I've noticed.

Percy main thinking is a bus is a bus and can go anywhere if it is working and spare it can go on any route and this has been the thinking for many year and will never change as I well now

Yes, I agree that a bus is a bus. Therefore don't introduce route branding. Different liveries, but not specific to any services, is a good option.

Washington depot is just as bad 
Today I saw Red Arrows Gemmi 2 on the 5 while there's a Why Aye Five 0 ommnicity on the X1

A chester solar taking its trip home from consett on back of a recovery truck. Was 2004 or 2005 series.

Percy main have a good allocation for bramded buses and rarely have them in other routes compared to riverside

First X1A at Galleries has just been a vehicle change over 6053 has replaced either one of 6001-6003.

5330 with engineer on 1 heading towards metrocentre  possibly to go to riverside ?

Is the pink Versa going into the getnorth livery 5390?

Go North East have a video on instagram (not sure where else) showing a pink Versa being branded in the getnorth2018 livery

Looks more maroon like the waggonway solars. Link to Video can be found on GNE site

I might get the Coaster 1 to Wallsend next time if the Blue Arrow 11 isn't a Solar or an OmniCity. I don't want to get a President or an Omnidekka. It would be good to know when the 1 and 11 are branded vehicles.

Just seen 6312 on A1 with engineer and seen 8311 too on A1

I noticed in the video that there was a Volvo B7TL going into the spray booth.

There's at least 9 coaster deckers on and at least 3 blue arrows branded scanias on their respective routes. Probably more but there's plently like.

5390 is PINK, with branding for Great Exhibition of the North.
