Stagecoach Western are currently in the process of receiving further Plaxton Elite's the first of which has arrived for Service X77 (Glasgow - Prestwick - Ayr) is 54365 (YX19 MKV) as seen on the link below.

Stagecoach Western are also currently in the process of receiving some Enviro 200MMC's with reg plates being a mix of 68/19 plates for services in Kilmarnock replacing the current batch of 10 reg E200's, 37493 (YX19 OSA) as seen in the link below.

Usually at some point in April when Stagecoach confirm there orders, I would imagine they will have ordered something for the Megabus given the first batch of Elite i's are coming up to 7 years old, I would think they would move these on to other services to replace the older Van Hools in the fleet.

E1 definitely needs deckers, as for the E2/E6 I would say singles would do the job but as they interwork with one another I would go with deckers.

I'm not convinced there's many times where the E1/E2/E6 do need double-decks!

When the schools are off and it's a warm day, yes... Some peak-time journeys during term time when kids are also using these services to go to school, probably yes... Combined with the Go North East 20/20A, there's a bit of bus overkill on the Sunderland to South Shields corridor, lots of buses which aren't anywhere near full to capacity...

Looks like Stagecoach Yorkshire are taking delivery of some new National Express coaches.

Yes, they're B11Rs examples, numbered 54404-11.
All displaced 53731-38 look to be being taken by East Scotland.

The eager-eyed will have noticed fourteen missing E400MMCs from SKM's initial list, these can be now noted, and Steve is in the process of updating his site post. The missing 14 are a second batch of ADL E400MMC for Morecambe [Cumbria & North Lancashire] numbered 11202-11215.

Also to note is that the ADL E200MMC midis (10.8m) that have already been delivered to Kilmarnock (37491-500/601) were on this 2019/20 order, although not actually noted on the Stagecoach press statement.

I didn't even notice - I copied and pasted that list off my phone while trying to get back into night shift rhythm (that didn't happen).
