MAN E200 39714 is on the E's today, with a very loud cooling fan and a squeaking fan belt on acceleration.

36963 and 39709 also are/have been on too. Understand 27730 is still under repair at Chichester, 27731 was too until a few days ago.

39717 is also on the E's today - which looks as if it has recently been repainted.

I think It was repainted not long before leaving South Shields. The latest repaint at Sunderland was 39714

Would assume just mechanical woes/waiting on parts which resulted in them not being ready for transfer.

This one seems to be the most unreliable ADL E300 at the moment - having had at least three lengthy periods VOR in the past year or two.
Before it first broke it had what sounded like a rattily cooling fan. It was fixed and later broke again, and I wonder what is up with it now.

There is a photo on Facebook of 27729 on the 16 as well.
An "E's" branded ADL E300 was also spotted on service 4 recently (unsure what day).
It would be nice to regularly have the odd Gas Bus on the E's instead of a mixture of E200s.

Looks like 19437 is on the X34, presumably the summer transfer for the additional PVR on the E services?
