Speaking of Heritage livery, I wouldn't mind seeing a ADL Enviro 400MMC in stripes, surely it look just as good as 19001 down in Devon. https://www.flickr.com/photos/gjm-photog...2416145520
I reckon a 400MMC would look better than 19001

I guarantee there's virtually nobody in Kent who would even realise that's meant to be an homage to the long lost Road Car, on account of the EK logo being easily missed, placed in entirely the wrong position and on the entirely wrong colour (and offensively close to said colour). Pretty sure that's even the wrong shade of red too.

What that looks like is Stagecoach have bought some random open topper second hand at auction, and pressed it into service unrepainted, slapping their garbage beachball on it. Some might even think it's an ex EYMS vehicle. Outrageous.

If it was even registered therefore, the EK logo could therefore instead be seen as some depot lag's secret jibe at how far the once proud company has fallen.

It is, in a word, hideous.

Much better than the other one imo - think it's the black lights

Really?  To me it just emphasises everything that is rubbish about this livery with so many random angles and colours on the front just looking a mess.  Especially the angled white bar on the front which just looks makes it look like it's been painted wonky.  And then the bland void of blank whiteness across the majority of the body.

Stockton have had a half arsed attempt at restoring the black shrouds to 26293

It does look better with the black light surrounds imo than blue like this is

For me its the loss of the black above the windows that looks wrong

She has black headlights

They aren't correct. the fitting is part of the design and was designed black as 26075 portrays, the half arsed 26293 looks worse for what has been done to it.
Personally I think it'd look better if the panels around the windows were painted black like they are on the Beachball MMCs. The closest we've got to that is with East Scotland's 26352/3, but I'm assuming that's because they're dealer stock spec instead of Stagecoach spec. https://flic.kr/p/2nyXaxz

I agree, and the design feature black 3/4 under the windscreen kept. Would enhance this basic livery no end.
You'd think that when they designed the new livery they'd have thought about the newest bus they run which they're likely to run in the future.

The new livery really doesn't work on Enviro 200 MMC's whichever way they want to try and botch it imo.

Ironically the new livery looks naff on the back of an Enviro 400 MMC aswell.

Shit is the word you were looking for
Having viewed in person the oddity that is 26075, I can only say the original design black Z on the front would enhance the frontal appearance, and the number needs relocating either to the blue panel or, if the Z was restored to the front left as with the later MMC batches. To be fair increasing the black above the saloon windows to the cantrail wouldn't do a great deal, the problem for these E300 replacement MMC is their great expanse of white, like the 275xx buses at Stockton...
