As much as you say that in jest, actually, yes.
According to the May 2020 update:

The biggest step-change for the forum is by moving away from our traditional 'monthly' operator threads. Discussion should now be shared in individual threads unique to that topic. This, like social media, means that if there is a particular topic that users would like to join in on the discussion, they can.

I noticed today (22/4/21),that the 11 seemed to be struggling with demand,i saw an 11 with 'Bus Full' on the front of it,would of been about 11am,dont know if any other 11's or any other minibus operated services have had the same issue
