6333 (NK67 GOC) is the new poppy bus and was out on the X21 this afternoon - https://www.flickr.com/photos/adammalark...ed-public/

Have to say this is stunning and I like the fact that the companies corporate identity has also been included within it giving a more striking look.
From the photos I have seen it looks very good!!

Two repaints and one partial repaint. Let’s not over-egg it!

It's competing well with one of the Lolynes. Was it 3864?

Are you not thinking about the Wright Gemini (3964/NK06 JXC) as that has been in quite a lot of different liveries over the years as listed below:
  • Pink Angel 21
  • Corporate Swoops with "Twenty One - 24 Hour Service" Branding
  • X9/X10
  • Festival Of The North East Advertisement
  • Metro Radio Advertisement
  • Children In Need Advertisement
  • Northern 1913-2013 Corporate Livery
  • 2014 Plain Red Corporate Livery
  • 2016 Corporate Livery
  • 2019 Corporate Livery

The Lolyne (3864/W864 PNL) had the following:
  • RYB Easy Access (Route 305)
  • RYB Go North East Corporate Livery
  • Cream Coaster 1
  • Showstopper Service 9
  • Northern 1913-2013 Corporate Livery
From what I can see, 3864's livery history has been:
  • 4/2000 - new in red/blue livery
  • 2003? - received branding for a route 305
  • 3/2007 - repainted cream and gained Coaster branding
  • 2009? - repainted pink and gained an Angel logo on the front
  • 2010? - gained Showstopper branding
  • 5/2012 - repainted into Northern livery
  • 1/2017 - scrapped
So that's only three (?) repaints in its lifetime.

In comparison, there's the B7 Geminis. I picked a random one from both batches:

3941
  • 6/2005 - new in X10 livery
  • 10/2009 - repainted maroon
  • 10/2010 - gained Tyne Tees Express branding
  • 9/2012 - repainted silver
  • 5/2013 - received TEN branding
  • 6/2014 - repainted red
  • 4/2018 - repainted into 2016 livery
  • 7?/2021 - gained adapted 2019 livery
  • 9/2021 - repainted into Metrocentre Express livery
  • Will probably be getting yet another repaint soon now the X22 is no more

3964
  • 4/2006 - new in red/blue "swoops" livery
  • 1/2007 - repainted pink
  • 5/2007 - gained Angel branding
  • 10/2009 - branding removed
  • 3/2010 - repainted maroon
  • 10/2010 - gained Tyne Tees Express branding
  • 8/2012 - repainted into Northern livery
  • 4/2013 - repainted green and gained "Festival of the North East" promotional livery
  • 7/2013 - repainted yellow and gained Real Radio promotional livery
  • 10/2013 - livery removed
  • 11/2013 - gained Children in Need promotional livery
  • 2/2014 - repainted red
  • 3/2018 - repainted into 2016 livery
  • 6/2021 - gained adapted 2019 livery

By my count, that's 5 repaints for 3941, and 7 for 3964.

Edit: looks like I was too slow!
I'm not usually a fan of the cheap-way-to-get-in-the-paper liveries, but it does look rather smart

That'll be the bus I was thinking of!

"Edit: looks like I was too slow!"

Need more coffee Wink
I absolutely love 6333
6333 is different. Not how i expected the new poppy bus to look but it works!
Although I must say both Riverside & CLS have 2 "special buses" surely you need one at Washington?
Looks very smart.
Personally I’d have had a smidge more Corporate red before transitioning into the poppies if I was being super picky, but yeah, looks good!
3864 (Along with 3863 and 3865) had branding for the 305 from new. 3859 - 3862 had branding for the 301 from new too.
Definitely one of the better buses GNE have branded recently!

I agree. It's one of the best liveries to date.

Is this temporary or part of a longer term thing?
If this is more than temporary, are GNE planning to keep StreetDecks at Consett for something?
