Does anyone know about the strike and all the buses I know there was one in 2012 one in 2010 and one a few years before that and the before 2010 used a lot of stagecoach mpd's and alx's but still pages to do with it and any others

Can remember a strike in the early 2000s.
I was working in the Gateshead area and heading to work early one morning, I was stuck in the car around Felling/High Heworth for far too long.
Not sure if there was a replacement bus service that time, due to the amount of traffic on the road.
