I noticed the same yesterday when I went on connectteesvalley website, as I got a link from them saying there have updated the forthcoming bus changes section of the website.

The service has been re-registered with VOSA on a short notice registration, effective Monday 29th.

No worries. Think you might be the first person to have got a photo of the new addition. Certainly better for passengers compared to the Yellow GNE Olympian they were using.
If its been with Cumfybus and SGI one can only wonder what sort of condition it is in! Certainly nice to have a low floor bus in the fleet though, after the last one (the Caetano Dart) lasted only a week.

I think I am actually, I haven't seen any other photos of it with Pygalls on flickr.

So thats what it is called, I have been calling it the Flying Banana or Banana on Wheels till now
Pygalls now have Northern Counties bodied Volvo Citybus G627BPH, new to London & Country in 1989 and latterly with Godwin Transport of Peterborough. The vehicle was on Pygall's 230 service today as seen in my photograph here of the 17.15 departure from Park Lane Interchange:

There was a last minute registration of the service again.
Quite interesting to see their bigger coaches up for sale... I've frequently seen K5/K6PYG on early morning Megabus duties at Sunderland, so it would be a shame to see them go.

Is a shame. Hopefully they aren't in trouble and just funding new purchases.... Be interesting to what they will get for the 230.

Pygalls won't be on Megabus, more likely Nasty Hols or David Urquhart
