Maybe it's staying, or they forgot to remove it RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - Stanleyone - 18 Sep 2019 (18 Sep 2019, 11:30 am)streetdeckfan wrote I've just noticed it still says Toonlink on the second page of the X30 timetable... Maybe it's staying, or they forgot to remove it Would imagine it’ll go Xlines when the DD arrive, however the X30 will be green back, X31 will be black back. The rear logo was changed. RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 18 Sep 2019 (18 Sep 2019, 12:27 pm)Dan wroteWey, I suppose it means it has the three most recent GNE logos on it now! Must be so we can get used to having 3 different batches on the route RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 18 Sep 2019 So why have they covered the Wright logo on the back glass with a matte black vinyl sticker? It looks awful and sticks right out RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - Dan - 18 Sep 2019 (18 Sep 2019, 7:23 pm)streetdeckfan wrote So why have they covered the Wright logo on the back glass with a matte black vinyl sticker? It used to have the full vinyl on the back, now it's just got a square of vinyl over the Wright Logo. The pictures of it in getting painted have the Wright logo visible so it's only just been put on RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - Dan - 18 Sep 2019 (18 Sep 2019, 8:02 pm)streetdeckfan wroteOn which bus? I got a picture of it today, it just looks strange with a seemingly random patch of vinyl in the middle of a glass panel!
RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - S830OFT - 19 Sep 2019 4990 has just failed in Silksworth on the 35A. The driver has attempted to restart it, but no luck. Is this likely to get withdrawn now? Won't be long though.... i had 4949 on the short 8 service (6:12pm) from Hylton retail park to park lane and honestly, it sounded great, although, the blind wasn't working properly. Any updates on what other buses have gained the Euro 6 upgrade? RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - JP6004 - 20 Sep 2019 New X30/X31 timetable now Xlines RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:25 pm)JP6004 wrote New X30/X31 timetable now XlinesI did think it was a bit strange them adding a new timetable just before the Xlines launch. Shame they're still not putting vector graphics on the new Xlines timetables though RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - JP6004 - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:30 pm)streetdeckfan wrote I did think it was a bit strange them adding a new timetable just before the Xlines launch. Wonder if the X31/X70/X71 streetdecks will be green version and black kept for X45/46/47 RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:33 pm)JP6004 wroteI would have thought X45/46/47 would get red, since it's apparently keeping the red kites name RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - Dan - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:30 pm)streetdeckfan wrote I did think it was a bit strange them adding a new timetable just before the Xlines launch. This is how they're received from the agency that makes them - in this instance, Best Impressions. Hardly a massive issue that the images lose quality when you zoom into them. These PDFs are for print purposes more than anything else. RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:35 pm)Dan wroteI know, it's probably just that I got my hopes up with the standard timetables having full before graphics RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - JP6004 - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:35 pm)streetdeckfan wrote I would have thought X45/46/47 would get red, since it's apparently keeping the red kites name Think the red will be kept for the red arrows next year (20 Sep 2019, 12:35 pm)Dan wrote I found they were still very clear when zooming in... RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:40 pm)JP6004 wroteI suppose they could go with a darker red for the red kites, with a brighter red for the red arrows RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - JP6004 - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:42 pm)streetdeckfan wrote I suppose they could go with a darker red for the red kites, with a brighter red for the red arrows With 2 shades of same colour used, I dont see how it would work. But loving the choo choo on this version. Front page of timetable of higher quality than internal RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - streetdeckfan - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:44 pm)JP6004 wrote Well, I would have the Red Kites as dark red, almost brown, and the Red Arrows as the same shade of red that they are now. That's because the front and back page is fully vector, shame the X21 timetable they put online doesn't even have the front page! RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2019 - JP6004 - 20 Sep 2019 (20 Sep 2019, 12:51 pm)streetdeckfan wrote Wouldn't make sense just to have the X30 green then X31/70/71 black then X45/46/47 red. Least this way you'll have a similar corridor with same xlines version complimenting the colours of the new 97. |
