Go North East are definatly starting to up their game regarding route branding. Not long ago they started applying tatty and horrible brandings to buses, for example ''The Centurion'' and ''The Pronto''. However, more recently they have started having fantastic brandings like the ''Citylink'' branding on the Versas and ''Drifter'' branding on the Streetlites.
However, old route branding was considerably better. The old Route19 branding on the Solars was fantastic. Along with the ''Angel'' and the old X10 brandings.
For whoever asked, the 689 is part of the ''Venture'' network.

Branding seems to be getting better, looking forward seen how the cobolt clipper and fab 56 brands turns out on the deckers.

As far as ive been told by GNE that all brands will be getting refreshed and revamped.
Hope GNE get some more of those solos for Peterlee, and get rid of the east durham brand and have the solos branded as OK Way.

Thats good that they are refreshing the brands, theirs some terrible ones.... East Durham, Fab 57.
Do u know if GNE are gonna drop the flowers off the Fab 56?

No man, they're going on the New College P&R, or 3 of them are anyway - hence the hint on which P&R to use !

You've all obviously seen what the green looks like in daylight, and it contrasts with the black from the Versa quite well. Although it's pretty much the same as the current livery, it looks much more modern and slick on the Versa.

Wonder if the 39 will be uploaded to the simplicity tab, it seems pointless to cause its gonna be a mixed bus route along side the versa's...
Seems pointless using them on the 39, they could be used on the 38 so that can join the Simplicity brand.
On a different note just noticed the Doxford bramd has being removed from the simplygo site but is still in the Doxford Clipper timetable.

That's the reason that I've said that it would be such a shame to lose the brand from GNE's fleet. That looks really good and suits the Versa's very well. Excellent I wasn't expecting the to be branded tonight. Is 8302-8305 all branded now or was it just 8304? Such a good branded, I'm sure passengers in Chester will be pleased with that! I've always liked the Versa, I'm glad the 61 are keeping there's.

I thought they may use the Versa's on the 28/34 tomorrow, however the 28 route could quite literally kill those Versa's! I'm sure 8305 was out yesterday mind?

No Versa's on the 28 / 34A cycle this morning Solar's 4957 and 4959 are out and I should be able to confirm the third allocation when it goes out on the next 34A in half an hour.
EDIT: The one that I missed earlier is 4958 just back into CLS from a 34A and due out on the 28 at 11.47.

No Versas on 39 either. Solars 4934/35/64 have been allocated.
