Are Durham and Hexham timetable liners available to view online? Nexus liners are found at liners.nexus.org and the stop number. Thank you.

I've noticed this for a while now but the wipers on 4982 look odd like they've been swapped sides or something. Does anyone know what has gone on with them? Here is a comparison of when they were fine last May and here is them looking wierd when I had it on the 309 yesterday:

They do actually look like they have swapped sides

Theyve been swapped

Unexpectedly had a ride on 6941 on the 1, those ex EYMS presidents are very very good, didn’t expect them to be in such a good condition. Hopefully they are going to be around for the foreseeable.

Saw it in Gateshead Interchange tonight and it does look smart since it's repaint. I've managed to catch 6937 on 64 and 6940 on X21 and both performed brilliantly and well kept internally, 6937 is fast as owt but sadly limited to 44mph. Shame they don't see normal service too often.

They're Euro 3, not the best to drive. Fast in acceleration, but that's just about all they are.

6935/6 feel identical to 6010/6033 to drive, no difference apart from the colours and staircase. Could really do without them.

6937, as Jimmi mentioned, is limited to 70kph, which is fine for short runs, but annoying on longer routes with NSL roads.

6938/39 don't have a great reputation, not much good in them.

6940 is good, holds well but has a few annoying defects.

6941 should be good since it's had a lot of work done to it, but it never really gets far.

Overall, they are passable. I think there's a big placebo effect amongst enthusiasts, just because they're from a different company and haven't been touched up with paint. Most of the 54 plate and 06 plate 69XXs are the same, if not better, if I'm being honest - as well as being Euro 5.

Where are we up to on the Cobalt refurbishments?

Edit:

Anymore information, with what will be allocated to the X30 from next week, as the new depot opens.

From the few rides I’ve had on them (twice on 6940 and once each on 6936 and 6939), the interiors feel nicer than some of the alternatives, particularly 6010 etc and the Vykings but I would put that down to the brighter internal colour scheme (red seats and yellow poles) and perhaps a more recent refresh with EYMS. One of the nights you had 6940 on the X21, one of the regular passengers, not an enthusiast to my knowledge, turned to me and referred to it as an “exclusive bus”. He seemed genuinely impressed with it!

In terms of the ex-London 69xx batch, I’ve found the Presidents nicer to travel on than the Wright ones, which despite being newer seem more tired internally.  Again, just my experiences of the examples I’ve travelled on.

6101-6105 are in service and 6106 is in the NE-don’t know if it service or at Saltmeadows and it looks like 6107-6109 are not in service (according to app) today so I believe they are out of service for the refurbishment

I asked Martijn Gilbert on Twitter about the current temporary timetables and if they'll be changed to coloured and he confirmed they've invested in a new software to do this:

Absolutely just temporary! We’ve just invested in http://omnibus.solutions  software and are changing our approach to publicity to enhance all of this. Watch this space!

Interested to see the new style timetables.

6106 is at Saltmeadows, Bazza put a photo of it on Flickr last night.

689 has also been repainted for the Indigos at Washington.

It’s an upgrade that’s for sure. I was rather surprised when I heard earlier and never thought they’d be a type re-allocated to Stanley/Consett.

I reckon some of the Omnicities will end up on the 12 displacing those Mercs.

Most likely 5283/4,5324/5 are my guesses to go over. I would expect that all Omnis go to Riverside which has been mentioned. The Citaros i have mentioned are all Corporate Livery Spare Buses which will mean the X30 is dropping it’s toon Links unless these are repainted. I will also add that the 57 PVR is Set to drop by 2/3 (unsure on amount) in mid march so they could be used instead of ones I have mentioned.

We've passed the changes and it was only on a night for the PVR to drop.

5 as I understand it, all corporate livery. Plans however  do change.

I really do wonder what will replace the 3 solos from deptford when they transfer to washington, as dan said previously the 33/A needs buses with NSAs due to the visually impaired customers who rely on the NSAs, does this mean the 33s will get upgraded to streetlites for the extra capacity on this busy route??????

Could 701 - 703 go to Peterlee and release 718 - 720 to Deptford where announments can be programmed.

what would be the point of repainting the 3 from deptford then replacing them with the 3 from peterlee? why would they not of just repainted the 3 from peterlee instead
