Typical that I just missed it in Ashington and I am now waiting for it to return.I see you ventured to Ashington then (31 Dec 2015, 2:15 pm)Jimmi wrote Do all the Sapphire Enviro 400's at Ashington have these next stop announcement screens, or just 7501? Yeah all 57-reg ones do, I believe that 7518 has the same, so they may also be present in 7519-21? I can't remember it ever working on 7501, then again the bus itself rarely decides to work... The renumbering of services was partly the reason for not being able to keep track or remember who had/has what. So based on the 2010 re-write, they still have a presence? May be wrong but I think 7518 has the same screens as the 14 reg examples. Thing that bugs me about 7518-7521 is the fact that they've put the screen in front of the window and I feel like the screens are a bit too close to your face. Nothing used to work on it, took them about a month to fix the announcements earlier in the year, Ah fair enough, only been on it a couple of times, and I've never paid any real attention to it's screens Unsure if they could fit it at the top of the stairs on 7518-21, with the additional pair of seats? Stockton work all 5/5a bar the first Monday-Saturday departure from Easington (0500). They also still operate the 28. |
