Newcastle end is the confusing bit, how are passengers meant to know 56's are not picking them up there? Not everyone has or looks at Facebook/Twitter when waiting for the bus and no real other way to find out this is happening unless you get a good driver advise 56 passengers about it maybe?


I wonder if operators will be able to relay such service messages to the information screens on the city’s new bus shelters once they’re installed.

Looks like the E400s will enter service 'in the next week', I assume they're not giving any firmer of a time period in case any more issues arise!

At the minute, there seems to be always a breakdown on the M6 route, time for better buses?

Todays issues caused by 722, rather than one of 710-714 for a change.
