Should be a simple rule that if one comes in late, the Hybrid replaces it and that Hybrid waits for the next service. No wonder the 308 can't keep to time running on a PVR of 9 all day. At least the 309 despite having a joint main PVR of 16 with the 310 and X39, at least another 3 buees (although red spares) are thrown in during the PM peaks helping reliability.
