Got to bear in mind that whilst Stagecoach have a good partnership with Voith, then unless Scania clean up their act and tailor the needs of the new N250UD to Stagecoach, then a ZF Gearbox coupled with a Cummins ISBe engine would be better suited to the interurban type of work that a Scania would traditionally be used for and therefore, Voith wouldn't lose out on any trade as the ADL E400s with the Scania chassis / engine already have ZF Ecomat (Ecolife MMC onwards) gearboxes fitted.
Voith gearboxes are more suited to being s**t of the mark around towns and cities whereas the ZF Gearbox is desgined to give a more smooth and continuous power delivery.

If this is indeed the last one, it hasn't left Falkirk yet, as one in this livery was still there this evening, albeit it did look like it was getting ready to depart.

It appears Leamington Spa have some TfL deckers in the yard.
No idea if these are staying put and replacing step entrance deckers or are for something/somewhere else.
I am guessing they have been released from London due to arrivals down there.

Are they examples of the ones that Stagecoach have been purchasing via Ensign for spares? Other ones have appeared in Portsmouth and in Rugby.

No idea.
Saw them from the train window and was unable to get reg details or fleet numbers unfortunately.
I noted 2 or 3.
Some were parked backing on to the tracks and there was at least one inside the depot buildings.

Good to see new buses for the Newcastle depots! Also I think the Lakes livery will look fantastic on the E400 MMCs if they are at Kendal for the 555, will be interesting to see how they cope though.

24 for Walkergate, 18 for Slatyford. I think you'll find that totals 42. As for all the 03/53 MANs leaving, I think there could be some surprising fleet re allocations if current rumours are true.

I very much doubt Stockport will receive 53 new 'deckers either. They don't have that many diesels to replace and virtually all single-deck investment has been concentrated there. Besides, recent trends have been to reduce (commercial) services in the Stockport area

Well, they aren't going to order brand new stock for it. As it is a franchise, we will see what happens (but as for your post elsewhere, I can't honestly see anyone taking it over if Stagecoach drop it).

From what I've seen elsewhere after posting my previous post it seems that 10749 - 10760 are for Cheltenham to possibly replace the current Gold fleet on route 94. I've also seen a few people saying that the 18 due for Aldershot are going to replace the current single deck Golds on route 1. I've not seen anything elsewhere for 10779 - 10788 for Oxford but it seems likely they are Gold as Oxford is expecting two separate batches with 10779 - 10788 being among the other Gold orders. Oxford's Gold fleet is relatively young so I suspect these will be to upgrade the current fleet on routes X30/31 but I don't know for definite.

You have 10511-10525 listed as being for Glasgow which is 15.
Have three gone missing or been re-allocated elsewhere?

It looks like they may have just reduced the number that they had ordered as Stagecoach West Scotland posted a new article on 26th April which mentions only 15 new buses compared to the 18 that they had previously stated.
