Probably the local services in Hexham.

Just a guess.

Have to admit, I rather enjoyed the detour via Shipcote that the X21 has been taking, south bound, recently. A little more scenic than the police station and a block of flats.

Further to that, once its served the Cannon northbound it won't be able to detour via Dryden Road to Shipcote, because Beaconsfield Road is going to be closed during these coming roadworks.

Here's an idea, but how about some factual posts in response to a question? Rather than assumptions and guesses. He could probably come up with a dozen assumptions himself.

The fleet news doesn't even say that it has entered service at Hexham yet.

At least there'll be very comfortable tables to while away the delays

Could always turn right and go down Belle Vue Bank, then along Saltwell Road and rejoin the normal route at Harlow Green.

It does, normally it is allocated to 681, 185 and X81, the 74 normally get's darts. I use it fairly commonly, I know that they usually use darts.

5210 has been seen more recently than it used to, I once had 5229. 5210 only ever gets allocated through the week as there are less passengers on a weekend.

74 and 688 are longer routes due to capacity wise thus why 5210 is always on there Solos will work for the rest of the services

Hopefully the Streetlites are next.

Another two should have arrived today, with the last one on Monday - subject to ferry sailings.

Next will be the Solo for Hexham, then Percy Main.

The Streetlite will not start delivery until the after the middle of April.

I don't think it was used on Friday, as the vehicle had yet to receive a list of the destination codes (with it being a Mobitec destination, each screen is done based on a number, as opposed to route number with variants).

It was used on the 681/X81 etc cycle yesterday. I did get a photograph of it at Haltwhistle yesterday afternoon, but didn't have time to update the news, as I was out all day and then out all night (so just playing catch up on the forum now).

6304 and 6305 did indeed arrive yesterday morning.

Using logic, the only possibilities are NK16 BXD (6304) and NK16 BXE (6305)

It's probably a good thing logistically though! I suppose it means you're not preparing the entire order for service at once.

It is but i was hoping it would be after the Streetdecks, with it being the same company.

I would imagine that 566-569 will start to go in for repaint soon, if the SOLO's are due after Streetdecks, as these are the younger of the current MPD's branded for NTL, they'll probables replace 542, 547, 548 in the fleet.

Which other MPD's from the Tynedale Links will be repainted in to Yellow & Blue?

RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - February 2016 - dannygee - 21 Feb 2016

How come 3859 & 39421 have swapped depots again?

Doesn't work like that Michael unfortunately.  It all depends on when the Streetlite order was placed and then how many vehicles are getting built on the Streetlite line in the factory.

Ye.... =(, i hope GNE have decided to keep the exact same colour/brand for the Prince Bishops, with a few modifications to fit the Streetlites....
