6304 has now returned to service following completion of repairs - in use at Chester-le-Street on Park View scholars this morning but should go on the X21 later today to replace 6332.

5201 meanwhile has returned to Chester-le-Street, following its loan period to Percy Main.

Couple of Stanleys B9s having a stinker today.

9:15 15 from Consett 10 minutes late due to an issue with one of the B9's in the stand, swapped to 6124 running 15 minutes late.

Then drove past another B9 near Witton Gilbert with its hazards on and engineer attending, social media updates showing that this was due to be the 15A from Consett at 9:45 which has broken down.

How have these buses faired since entering service, they usually seem pretty reliable customer facing side,  but some lack serious power in my view.

5243-5247,5254-5260,5486 and 5487 now all have WIFI

While the subject is alive:

What is the status of 708 and 5202 in terms of wifi? 708 is shown has having it on the official allocation document and 5202, as a trainer, doesn’t really need it.

The unit from 5204 was donated to 708 ahead of it moving to Peterlee (so that every bus at Peterlee continued to have Wi-Fi fitted).

5202's unit was also removed - I can't recall where it was re-allocated, but I'd suggest it was probably one of the Solos acquired last year.

5389 has returned to Riverside, meaning 8324 has returned to Chester-le-Street

In my opinion they are nice to drive, warm and comfortable (no rattles). A couple still set at the old London settings (45mph), but the others are up to 53-54mph above the Streetlites and Red Kite B9s (handy when heading back). Some do have issues, basically if the exiting driver uses the ferry lift (down) instead of the kneeler, then it usually means a full master reset (pain in the butt).

Meanwhile the final "See it, Do it" branded Versa, 8320, has gone to Saltmeadows for repaint.

They gonna do anything about the 'Jan app sale' advert which obscures part of the rear blind when they've got it?

5247 is the latest to arrive at Saltmeadows for repaint.

The red vinyls on the rear of the fleet livery Versa, Scania L94 and Streetlite should not obscure the destination display as they were designed to completely avoid them.

They make no reference to January either (the wording reads 'Weekly tickets SALE').

that will explain why some of them seem to lack power, with the old London Settings. Really needs taken off especially with the hills in the Durham area.

I think there's only one left that hasn't had the limiter upped now, but may be wrong...

5271 is missing half its bblue arrows branding. Are they getting put into corp next?

Probables just panel replacements, and awaiting branding to be applied.

Followed it along the A1231 on Thursday lunchtime and the bottom portion of the blind was covered.

One of the Metrobus Scania Omnicities is at Percy Main with a few panels already missing, anyone know which one of the three it is as I wasn't able to obtain an id on it.

Would imagine the other two will be at Washington and Stanley.

When will the ADL Enviro200MMC arrive on demo for the 4?

And when will 9083 and 9084 go back to Optare?

You were wrong as your previous post alluded to their only being "one red one", never mind I identified which one of the three it was.

Well, this whole thread has been rumours and speculation about them getting the Citaros off the 4, in due course.

The lack of announcements is their only problem. The 50 passes my house like clockwork.

Their is only 11 branded mercs for the 4 with two corporate spares, the 5/50 when branded was 12 branded omnicities with two corporate spares therefore this wouldn't work.

I would however like to see the 50 receive brand new buses, the 5 on the other hand I think would cope with a Solo SR which would mean the interworking would have to be removed.

What is the button next to the backwards facing seat near the front do on 5486 (and most likely the other ex buluestar citaros)
