There was an issue on the Tapatalk side this morning, but was fixed within about an hour. Problems accessing site - Jimmi - 28 Jul 2015 I seem to be unable to access all parts of the website on my phone from the browser. This is what I am getting: And if I click details: Fortunately I am still able to access the forum via the Tapatalk app. Not sure what's wrong as I clicked a link to a particular bus in the fleet lists from a link in one of the threads a few minutes ago and it worked fine. EDIT: fine today. RE: Problems accessing site - Michael - 18 Aug 2015 Cant post in certain areas of the forum, when clicking post it sends me back to home page. RE: Problems accessing site - BusLoverMum - 18 Aug 2015 ditto (crosses fingers before hitting post) RE: Problems accessing site - Michael - 21 Sep 2015 Is this the new format for the forum or is it a temp one?, i have to say, i'm not keen on it at all. The placement of the dropdown isn't really working in firefox RE: Problems accessing site - BusLoverMum - 21 Sep 2015 The scrolling after clicking anything on the page issue appears to have been fixed, mind. My arrow, home, end etc keys are all working again. RE: Problems accessing site - Michael - 21 Sep 2015 I have to hover over my name to access the list for new posts etc, its quite annoying. Edit: its worse on my phone for the layout. Took 3 trys to open the tab thing for the list... Must say, I agree with Michael on this one. Not liking the new format one bit. Sorry guys. RE: Problems accessing site - citaro5284 - 21 Sep 2015 Is it not just because it is new, and once you are used to it, it will be OK? RE: Problems accessing site - Jimmi - 21 Sep 2015 (21 Sep 2015, 5:11 pm)DanPicken wrote Neither am I back to bbb for me. Have to admit I've done the same. When I just made a post in the Arriva Odd Workings thread I didn't like the fact that on my laptop the text box and box for smiles were far too far to the right/left with a large gap in the middle. Also didn't like having to press drop down menus to see if there is any unread posts or if I have any new PM's. Whether it's just because I'm not used to it or not I don't know, although I don't think I was actually keen on the bbb design when we first got it. One issue with bbb mode at present is the links to the fleet lists etc. are showing twice. Only thing i don't like about it RE: Problems accessing site - MurdnunoC - 21 Sep 2015 My only gripe is the removal of the 'Return to Top' shortcut which used to appear at the bottom of the page (where else?). Other than that, I'm not fussed. A message board is a message board at the end of the day! RE: Problems accessing site - omnicity4659 - 23 Sep 2015 I preferred the old theme, this theme looks too temporary for my liking. RE: Problems accessing site - BusLoverMum - 23 Sep 2015 Is someone messing with our heads? Dan?! In the 10 minutes I've been online, I've had a single link at the top. First was new posts (or something like that). That one's no good if I go away without checking everything out then come back. Then Today's posts - most useful IMO Now it's Unread posts and that's changed format in the last click or two! RE: Problems accessing site - Dan - 23 Sep 2015 (23 Sep 2015, 6:24 pm)BusLoverMum wrote Is someone messing with our heads? Dan?! Liam is currently improving the new forum theme based on the feedback given over the past few days, given that a number of members opted to go straight back to the old theme which showed two main site navigation bars on the forum. We're ditching the drop-down on your name in favour of links across the navigation bar (as we had before), so that's why you can see it changing at the moment. RE: Problems accessing site - BusLoverMum - 23 Sep 2015 It's looking good now. The drop down was just messy. I didn't try it on my phone or tablet. RE: Problems accessing site - Dan - 23 Sep 2015 (23 Sep 2015, 7:09 pm)BusLoverMum wrote It's looking good now. Jolly good..! I've forced all users back onto the new theme, just so everyone can give it a fair trial now that it's more or less complete. The 'smilies' bit has been reduced in size now too, giving more room for the box to post your reply. RE: Problems accessing site - Michael - 23 Sep 2015 (23 Sep 2015, 7:09 pm)BusLoverMum wrote It's looking good now. Ye, it was quite annoying trying to get it to drop down on my phone. RE: Problems accessing site - MurdnunoC - 23 Sep 2015 Thanks for re-implementing the 'Return to Top' feature. RE: Problems accessing site - S813 FVK - 23 Sep 2015 Looks so much like how it used to be now. Much easier to navigate. RE: Problems accessing site - BusLoverMum - 24 Sep 2015 Looking superb on my phone, using chrome, BTW RE: Problems accessing site - Michael - 18 Oct 2015 Seems the site keeps going offline.
