Well, Bishopton and Carlton anyway.

You won't be able to turn a Pulsar (or a Volvo B7RLE...) in Stillington so you won't see one on the new 6 (bar the odd journeys that run off 9s and 27s to and from The Rimswell)

No, likely to be the last time one does a 6 to any of the villages - the turning in Stillington is quite tight so likely only be MPDs Cadets and Centros allowed from Monday. Pulsars may appear on the Fairfield journey however.

Maybe nor the correct place but have placed a reply to one of Tyresmokes posting in 'Service Suggestions' in the Latest News part, if that makes sense? Was going to PM him direct but somehow can't?

4041 on 4/X4, 1600 from Middlesbrough.

RE: Arriva North East - Rare and Odd Workings - JoshP - 31 Mar 2014

Currently sat on manky Dart 1640 on the 2 whilst 4803 is on the X66.... Explain that one Arriva.

Looks like they are still stitching Whitby crews then? 1438 - 40 supposed to be their official allocation but when will that ever happen when Redcar drivers won't drive rubbish. It's a fact! All the way to Whitby on that, and I thought they were being scrapped?

RE: Arriva North East - Rare and Odd Workings - robisdave15 - 31 Mar 2014

Arriva don't do explanations! What's matter with the Ommnicitlies that are supposed to work that route?

Is that a Whitby working?

Yes - first bus out of Whitby but at the time seen (1600), it had reverted to a Redcar working.

RE: Arriva North East - Rare and Odd Workings - robisdave15 - 31 Mar 2014

Irregardless of who operates it something like that (4041) shouldn't be running an x4/4! What they (Redcar) gonna do when they go Sapphire?

1649 was on Service 11
1636 was on Service 12/12A

4803 was probably pulled off either service 2/11 to replace Omnicity 4644 on the X66.

People where shocked to see 4803 providing some class on service X66!

A very strange sight in Darlington today too, 1/X1 branded Pulsar 1493 driving through the town centre on 'Rail Replacement'. Only saw a glimpse so didn't catch the front screen just the side/rear screens.

1493 is the 1/X1 branded Pulsar.
