So much for arriva saying in the new timetable for the 308 that all 308s will be double deckers. So far every day there has been a single on. Today there was 1402 and 1503

How is a Sapphire spare vehicle on a Sapphire route rare or odd? 1517 is built to the same specification as the Streetlites, and it isn't branded for another route therefore I can't see how this is in anyway usual.
