Weardale Community Transport - Charles41 - 15 Apr 2016 Roof of England bus service running on Sundays and Bank Holidays during the summer. Timetable can be found here: http://weardalecommunitytransport.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2016-Roof-of-England-Timetable2-Word.pdf Looks like a good service to try out. Charles RE: Weardale Community Transport - MurdnunoC - 15 Apr 2016 I think these are the guys who, IIRC, had a Vauxhall Zafira (complete with beaded seat-covers)listed in the vehicles section of their website when last discussed on the forum. Although it's not entirely clear, I think you may need to be a member of the Weardale Community Trust in order to experience this service. Prices are currently set at £2 for individuals and £5 for groups. Its a normal bus service that usually appears on the county council website. A friend of mine uses it regularly with his ENCTS pass |
