They do, will be sad to see the orange version go though. Does anyone know if it was just the Diamond B10s that used to have the large fleet number on the roof?

In all seriousness, i think the Omnidekkas will be used on the 6 interworking with th X70/X71 (as citaro previously suggested).

Wonder why its on a B9 though and not an Omnidekka... unless GNE are getting 2nd hand B9's ones from somewhere else.

Notice Wi-Fi, Socket and NSA stickers are not applied either. Suggests that they won't be ones currently in the fleet.

Could be a B7 on a Gemini 2 body.

The 30 could go to Citaro's to... depends on the PVR though.. be interesting to see how the Venture brand would look on a Citaro.

Think the 30 would just be Solos to be fair, don't think it gets busy enough to be Citaros.

I reckon it'll be

30 Stanley-Lanchester / PVR 2
V7/V8 - East Stanley/Fines Park - Metrocentre / PVR 5

Don't know if there will be enough Solos to cover that.
RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - October 2015
These B9s better arrive quickly then...takes a while to prep them for service.

Omnidekkas will be the most likely vehicle to operate the service (for now).

Ye, if they are 2nd hand B9's they haven't arrived yet, if they don't arrive before the 25th October.. wonder what will be used on the services temporarily...

Its not confirmed that 2nd hand B9's are arriving... just speculation!

It might be worth someone taking screen shots of those designs - just incase they happen to disappear... Angel

Are there anymore B9s left in dealer stock (or indeed going around)? Just because the net shows a B9, doesn't necessarily mean that they are getting B9s.

Not sure why GNE didn't continue with a V10 instead of having the 30. lol

Timetables should be available soon, so PVR's etc should be easy to work out.

They should disappear. This jackdriver kid seems to leak everything GNE wise. Maybe he has wrapped himself around Stanley depot and begs them for anything?

Not sure, like i said its just what we think... you could be right, the 6 might not be getting B9's and get something totally different... but like i said before its speculation.

GNE won't be happy at all, wouldn't be surprised if he keeps leaking stuff, we'll loose Go North East's respect for the forum... which is sad.

Wonder what Dan and Citaro think about him leaking stuff.

Whatever the rights or wrongs of him doing it. However he is getting hold of the information - it has been done.

No idea who he is or how he got the info, but I am guessing it could be reported on here and on Flickr.
It could be classed as commercially sensitive information, leaked without permission or authority.

Already sent an email to GNE about it, waiting to see what they say....

Although i was waiting for GNE to release the pictures of the brand, now iv'e seen them, there's no more surprise factor there. Rather it of being GNE than someone else leaking the pictures.

Well, if that is the case for the new 'Northern' 6, then head over to the order prediction forum.

You could always have not clicked the photos or taken screenshots for yourself if you were that bothered...

Can smell Red Arrows all over the order prediction. Highly unlikely would there be any new 'dealer stock' B9s available now.

P.S are the engines for any new buses ordered this year made in Darlington or Sweeden?

Can't believe you've done that really.. What concern is it of yours?
It's not really affecting anyone is it - if the forum moderators decided it was best to remove it then that's an issue for them.
We have people on here from GNE who could inform the company should it be deemed that information has been leaked which is possibly an internal matter for them.
I certianly shouldn't think GNE will take much notice of the email.

A forum like this shouldn't be about just keeping bus operators happy...

Unbelievable...

I think some people need to remember what were hear for and that's to speculate about these kind of things such as service changes.
The hobby is full of people releasing information on the grape vine and such.
Seems a bewildering choice Michael..
I can't think GNE would lose sleep, possibly just get someone in trouble (which granted they've brought on themselves but no need to help it along!)
For all we know, this person may have authority to publish this information it's hardly the company secrets!

Thought i would make them aware stuff has being leaked, we don't want to them to blame the forum for leaking it do we?

Either way it was choice to report it to them.
