I believe there is quite the possibility that the 1&38 Newcastle Routes are getting new buses. There was a Streetdeck tested on the 38 possibly on the 1 as well but as it’s Stagecoach if any new bus is delivered to the NE it’s a Alexander Dennis. Also a MMC was trialled as well. The Streetdeck was 80028. 
Are Alexander Dennis still making the Gas buses for the Enviro 200/300?

When is the 2018/2019 order revealed?.

I’ve said before I believe it’s March/April time.

Not sure if this has been noted as of yet but Stagecoach will be closing it's operations in King's Lynn on the 30th April 2018 with 50 Vehicles including Enviro 200MMC's to be reallocated elsewhere within the Stagecoach Network, you also have the former JET 747 Optare Versas and the previously discussed Stagecoach Gold E400MMC's which have yet to be re-allocated.

I'm not sure if they're still making gas buses for the E200/E300, not many routes have gas buses, but i would so!
