Yesterday was the final day of operation for service 35, and today sees the entry into service of the new Skylink Volvo B5LHs as well as the introduction of the new Skylink 300 service.
Not a bad investment this year for Lothian:
So far in 2017, Lothian has invested in:
- 15 Wrightbus Volvo B8RLE Euro 6 for East Coast Buses
- 6 Wrightbus zero emission full electric buses
- 30 Wrightbus Volvo B5TL Euro 6 for route 26
- 15 Wrightbus Volvo B5TL Euro 6 buses for Airlink
- 20 Wrightbus Volvo B5LH Hybrid Euro 6 buses for Skylink 300
I can't remember off top of my head which route was partly funded by the Scottish Government, think it was the 20 wright B5's.
Ooo Friend, Bus Friend.
