Arriva presumably didn't go in for the contract, hence the early confirmation that they wouldn't be operating it.

Stagecoach win the 77/77A to run by themselves, like the amended contract said, meaning after a while they can withdraw the 77/77A and change the 5/5A to go back to the docks like now
