All very well and good, but try finding a timetable leaflet. You wouldn't go in to a top restaurant or even a zero rated greasy spoon without seeing a menu.
Not everyone has access to a PC nor are they willing to pick up a phone (if you can find the number) and ask.
Perhaps marketing should look at this.
