Maybe a few tweaks needed here and there but a plausible option.  Gives Jarrow and Fellgate direct services to Washington, Chester and Durham and keeps the link for Whiteleas etc.

Why would the people of Jarrow, Fellgate, and Whiteleas want a link to Chester and Durham at the loss of a link for the rest of South Tyneside?
