To gain the points they would need both things i have mentioned. Also worth mentioning that similar videos off youtube dont count and i think there will need to be a way of monitoring this (possibly assigning somebody to watch all the videos of the journeys that have been previously recorded and posted to youtube to see whether there are the same. It will be quite easy to tell.
