(13 Dec 2023, 10:35 am)Storx wrote The X5/X15 should be renumbered 14/15. There's absolutely nothing express about them and should've never been X-Lines in the first place. They're secondary services at best and have been treat like one since pretty much forever. Why would it be 14/15. Realistically if the X5/X15 was to be no longer 'X' they would just go back to the 15/15A.

Them being X-Lines was because it being the much faster Durham bound route from Consett, only takes it 30 mins from Consett to Durham which is fairly decent.
(17 Dec 2023, 4:20 pm)Storx wrote X routes to me should be an express version of another route and it's literally not express at any point but that's just my opinion.
Hate A's pretty much, unless it's a small variant where it makes sense and the 14 is free now for the 15A. The 16/16A is an alright use of A as it's just a small variant in Stanley and the rest is the same but the 15/15A literally serve a different town in Leadgate and the other doesn't.
(17 Dec 2023, 4:58 pm)SSBKingeta wrote The X5/X15 is a Straight road from Lanchester to Framwellgate thats the express in it plus its a Direct route whereas the 16 waffles on from Consett
Also the X5 goes a different way to Consett by going through Delves Lane which isnt in Leadgate where the X15 serves.
Having a 14/15 is a silly idea cause it just makes them look like 2 completely different routes and would just confuse people.

10, 20, 56, X1 are the other 4 main ones though imo.
I wouldn't count anything else as really flagship.
Stagecoach Newcastle: 39/40/62/63
Arriva Northumbria: Unsure, all could be for a shout bar the 1/2/35/57/57A
Arriva Durham County: X4/63/X66/X67/7
Stagecoach Sunderland / South Shields: Unsure, E1/E2/E6/3/4 Sunderland?
Stagecoach Teesside: 12/36/37/38
That's what I'd say for them all personally.

Omnidekka 6148 has most likely regained its original registration of YN05GZR as this was the previous custodian of CU7661.
It's possible 6212 has been re-registered too.

Seems a massive waste, they could of used the Drifter ones or 8339-46 for the training school?
