Did see 7486 out for a changeover? later on - 7487 was on 64s too

7486 on 64s. Thought that must mean two single deckers on Redcar X93s!

While 1440 on 22s and a Streetlite on 63s.

Still missing a light cluster (or is this a different example to the one Jimmi photographed a month or two ago?)

Hate seeing buses with missing light clusters - they look so different. Darts and Wright-bodied buses are the worst for it.

The one Jimmi photographed was 1570:

That was 1570. Makes you wonder why 2x brand new Streetlites have ended up with missing clusters like.

I think I saw a photograph on your Flickr, when you were at Hexham a couple of weeks ago, and either 4910 or 4911 was parked up in the depot; it had something going on with it's lights at the front, didn't look quite right: https://m.flickr.com/#/photos/danielgrah...607567749/

I can't pinpoint what it is but the lights just don't look normal, possibly because it looks a bit worn on the front panels is giving me this impression.

It seems to be wearing mascara around its lights. Looks so strange.

Aye, 4911 was at Saltmeadows today. Still hadn't received light clusters.

Makes the bus look like it has been in an accident. Don't like the look of it at all.

Pleased it wasn't just me who picked up on it. Tongue

I agree, doesn't look very appealing. I imagine some customers could pick up on the rather scruffy-looking appearance of the vehicle. But, at the end of the day, a Wright Renown is a Wright Renown... Tongue

At a guess it'll be the bus wash taking them off... They can be a bit violent at times! See Darlington's Dart fleet when they had them!

Ironically it hit 1302, which hasn't moved in weeks. 7536 is off the road, also following a prang, and FINALLY, 1461 has arrived! [Image: 1063bda81c4fa2395493a11a3a63ad93.jpg]

Looks like 1461 has been in the wars itself!

They also dropped off whilst in service, I saw them hanging off a few times and here is a photo I managed to get in 2008.

As have quite a few Lowlanders.

Geminis must have had a bad few days - whether VOR or having to come off service mid-day.

It'll be a regular in two weeks time, but then you'll be reporting the tenth bus as odd as it'll be a standard-specification Pulsar......

There was a Gemini sat in Stockton depot yard on Thursday so who knows.

Fancy that. A route branded bus becoming regular on the route it's branded for.

EDIT: upon investigation, it appears 1924 replaced 1916.
