Stand 6 and 7 are re-open in Middlesbrough Bus Station so the 28/29 and 63 will revert back to their normal stands

Currently on a Stagecoach Aberdeen E300, from my short trip so far it seems incredibly powerful, and is rattling a lot less than the Versa I was on yesterday, would love to see Arriva buy some of these in the North East over StreetLites, quite surprised they haven't really, considering the amount of E400's

I can't make it either. I'm going to enjoy painting my bedroom walls on the morning and enjoying watching the paint dry in the afternoon.

I'll probably make an appearance but I can't say I will take an interest in the "celebrity" guest.

I imagine we'll start to see the Pulsars gaining branding in the next week or so prior to the launch.

New 46 route started today but no timetable on the Arriva website?

The new timetable is available on PDF on Arriva's website.

Also on the Live Map they haven't added Long Tens Way (Aycliffe Ind Estate) to the 5/5A route and the Lyons Tetley stop remains on the map but does not show any times now.

Never saw that, cheers. The first page doesn't show journeys to Tow Law that's why I got confused.

does anyone know if the max buses for x14/x15 will be staying the same or will they go back to what they where branded in the first place.
Arriva North East: Latest News & Discussion - September 2015
Wondering if there is some sort of problem with the Live Map in the last few days as it's showing some of Darlington's services running excessively late, just seen a 7 apparently running 65 minutes late plus a 9 and a 10 both running around 30 minutes late. It was the same story yesterday to. Wondering if it may just be the wrong trips have been selected.

There's nothing as far as I'm aware that would cause delays as bad as these in Darlington right now although I could be wrong.

Can you rephrase that question please?

Here are some likely answers if I know what you mean...
  • Only the short Morpeth to Newcastle X14 runs will be withdrawn, these interworked with services 57A and 33. Jesmond gain replacement X16 and 33.
  • The short X14 runs were never ran with MAX buses.
  • Services X14 and X15 remain unchanged.

Just the app living up to its usual standard of not working the 7 that was supposed to be 65 minutes late was on time as I was on the one behind it

I think buss14 was wondering if 7514 and 4659 will swap over back to their original brandings at the end of the summer timetable. (7514 back to X14, 4659 to X15)

I would think they'll stay the same, if only because I imagine a Newcastle to Alnwick run will be busier than a Newcastle to Rothbury one. Plus it doesn't make sense to de-brand and re-brand four of your buses twice a year.

Bit of a strange variation - the 'making your everyday journey sparkle' being next to the main sapphire logo and where it would be being replaced by the frequency.

I saw this today and noticed that it does not include Cockfield on its strap lines unlike the branding on the Captains Tail variant

With branding - or just the new paint job (which was noted quite a few weeks ago)?

If you're handy with a camera, even a crappy one on your phone, that sort of thing is worth capturing if you get the chance.

Looks like they've placed the 'making you everyday journey sparkle' there because they may not have been space for it above the windows as normal as the location names are longer than the locations on say the 7.

Wonder if this is so they can promote the 12 minute frequency between Durham and West Auckland and perhaps they didn't want to place Cockfield on it as only two journeys an hour extend to Cockfield and some may see having Cockfield with 'every 12 minutes' next to it as misleading.

Sorry for the late reply to these comments.
