I think 5424 also entered service around that time too, By what I'm seeing id say its around 2 a week entering service, Though that of course could be wrong.

5424 was part of the second batch to enter service according to the News.

It looks like all the ones on the fleet list which say "Unallocated", have entered service.

There is no specific preferred output for Chester-le-Street. I think the board is booked any Volvo B7TL President.  It interworks with a scholars before doing the 265 from Framwellgate Moor to Seaham, then light back to the depot.

3943 was on the 39A this evening, seen at 5pm in Sunderland City Centre heading towards Pennywell.

I seen 3943 on 39A so it means the 1st peak run to pennywell is ran by Washington

The bus number and time should be enough to ID the route, driver etc.
