Im hoping stuff like the 34 and x25 get them

Should be, The Cricket's on until the 31st so the B10s should be there until then.

They will probably just chuck them on any route, Apart from the 21.

The Volvo B10BLEs should only really be in use today.

Chester-le-Street haven't got scholars to operate after today, as it's now the weekend (and half term). They wouldn't have had enough buses to cover scholars and the cricket shuttle buses, hence why Volvo B10BLEs were reinstated and single-decks allocated to service 21 today, but without scholars to consider, they should have enough buses.

I would imagine that those B10's will be once again withdrawn after the shuttle finishes tonight?

Shouldn't be too long as i don't think there's many Streetlites to arrive, could be around 8 left to arrive, at a guess.

I'm interested to see where these Blue Scania's will go, as nothing as been confirmed yet.

One or two of them have done it since their Citylink 58 days.

I think it is only 5289 out of the Stanley lot which does it - no idea about 5293-5297, though.

5429 and 5436 are the most recent ones to arrive - both of which entered service yesterday.

See fleet list here for an idea of where we're at with deliveries. The news is now up to date (for Go North East anyway!)

(26 May 2016, 4:10 pm)South Tyne Lad wrote I think 5424 also entered service around that time too, By what I'm seeing id say its around 2 a week entering service, Though that of course could be wrong.

There's roughly a one-week turnaround on all new vehicles being delivered - so it all depends on how many are delivered that week.

5430 arrived at Belfast Docks this morning (will probably go across to Heysham on tonight's sailing) and 5431/38 are both undergoing PDI at the moment. I would expect that there's a high likelihood that these three will all enter service by this time next week.

Worth noting that 5438 is the first Euro 6 Daimler-engined Streetlite for Go North East. The rest of the batch prior to this example are all Euro 5 Cummins.

Ah right, Can I ask why 5438 up are Daimler powered? Is it similar to how Arrivas 1593 and 1594 were bought for trial?

Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I'm typing on my phone!

All I got was a lecture on how I should have told the driver at the time, even though I felt endangered to do so given the way the kids were acting towards me.
