That's not unusual. They have insufficient Pulsars to cover all the 63s even if they are all out. 4700/1 are in the process of being made Frequenta for it. On Tuesday there was four Temsas on for example,

2838 on the 56, 1595 on the 64, 22 and 24 interworking and still running late.

Yep, Durham is a tad gridlocked, today!
