Sapphire E400 7540 on MAX X75/X76, 10:13 X76 to Barnard Castle from Darlington

Stockton now have 8 MAX boards and only 8 MAX Pulsars - expect regular appearances of the 'Frequenta' Spares on X12 and X66/X67

They've only got 7 Max Pulsars to cover 8 Max duties. 1404/5/6/15/41/2/3.

1511 seems to spend more time on 5s than the Streetlites! Wonder if they get it mixed up with 1512, think its a Sapphire!
