Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what will be ordered for replacement?
I'm guessing it will be gradual replacement with cascades of possible buses already in service. There was just nothing mentioned in other threads so I thought you would be the guys to ask because at least the first order would probably be placed within the next 6 months or so..

Not sure what would be on order, only service which could get new buses is the Quaylink or Citylink 58, or both as i would imagine they do quite well? (not from the area so no idea), 25 Scania's need replacing at Riverside
38 Versa's at Riverside:
5377 - 84 (8) - 58
5385 - 5388, 8310 - 8318, 8329 - 8338 (23) - Quaylink
5389, 8306, 8308, 8309, 8327, 8328 (6) - Go North East
Streetlites ordered: 31
8 for the 58 + 1 spare
23 for the Quaylink + 3 spare
--- Cascades (all to be in Go North East)
5377 - 84 to Loop (5385 as a spare)
8310 – 16 to Chester (8317/18/19 as spares)
8329 – 8338 (10) to Green Arrow (8327/8328 as spares)
8306, 8308 – 67/69
86,87,88 and 89 spares at Riverside
Total spares:
Chester – 3
Riverside – 8 (1 to be used on the X66 on a Saturday)
All above removes the Scania’s from service from Riverside and Chester expect for 5228-32 which will go Percy Main to replace the Eclipses.
I have tried to sort out allocations, so every service has the same style Versa and in number ordering (a tad like the Citaro's)
Deptford's Scania's removed later on.

I read somewhere that 6168, 6169 and 6176 have now gone to Stanley, but now i can't find the post.......

(08 Jul 2018, 8:10 pm)Dan wrote Yes, they've been cleaned. Most are in pretty good condition internally - suspect it's not long since they've last had a re-trim in London.Especially if they could be located as a can of baked beans in your local tescos the week following.
Externally having all of the different liveries isn't the best, but little in the way that Go North East could do to get them all repainted in time. They are low-cost budget buses bought for a very specific purpose. It would have added a lot of extra cost in to have them all repainted etc before Tall Ships.

Got a bit more poke about them, and happily sit at 52mph... and don't die (as much) when they see a hill! That's odd for a london cast off - those vyking b7s have meltdowns at any hill. Good to hear anyway!
