28010 at Falkirk, Yesterday

Hi dose anyone know when mans alx 300 are going to be withdraw or are they being transferred to the other depots in stagecoach north east fleet.

Gregg Collins has now confirmed that 11 of the 17 Scania GAS Buses have been delivered to Stagecoach North East 28009 - 28011 were delivered yesterday Thursday 5 December 2013.

2 are on the Pits at Sunderland.
5 are round the back of the depot at Sunderland.
4 are now believed to be at Walkergate (for storage).

Just had a quick walk past and u can smell the "new" on the buses, they look pretty big to and smart..

22047 might of gone back to Slaytford, not sure.

Yes, I have indeed Michael, but it seems you have to be called Dan!, before he will believe you. Non of us have Crystal Balls to know where every bus is 24 hours a day, we ALL just do our best to answer the questions & try and help the best we can. I am sure, once the Fleet Cards are released Next week, we will have a better idea, as to the location of given 22047 & I will tell Dan, so he can tell Robin.

36978 is the latest to receive "SUNderland" route branding.

36961 has also received said branding.

21156 is indeed at Stockton......with Cleveland Transit legal names and 'On Teesside' fleetnames. It appears to be replacing 21104 here rather than being a loan.

36962 has just been taken out of service and replaced by 36093 on 11s.

36961 has also received said branding.

36973 now carries that branding also, meaning that 36961, 36965, 36966, 36967, 36973, 36974, 36978 and 36979 all now carry the 'Here comes the Sunderland Bus' branding and rear adverts.

These examples should all carry advertisements saying how much money has been spent on the buses and that more new buses are to come.

The buses carrying each rear advert is as follows:
'Something new under the Sunderland Bus':36961/65/66/67/74
'Its bags of fun in the Sunderland Bus': 36969/78/79
Unusure of 36973

Richard. Thanks For Information about 21156 Having gone to Stockton. Have just seen bus photo parked up in yard with the south shields names Removed. Is it true that shields has lost 21156 for good and what will we get in Return. Regards Robin

As reported, 21156 is now at Stockton (as seen below). This means all 3 of the active B10BLEs (unless 21153/5 are still seeing use at Walkergate?) are now at Stockton. As it is a reserve vehicle, it will not be replaced at South Shields.

The Last I Heard About it was that it had been delicened by Newcastle slatyford Depot. Is that True. Regards Robin

Kuyoyo, Walkergate's B10BLEs are still seeing active service, generally on service 22.

Michael, What do you get if you cross a Bus Enthusiast with a type of Plastic Car...........answer = reliant ROBIN, because you can always you rely!! on ROBIN to ask where 22047 is. Told you, you had to be called Dan to answer the question......
