Reliability perhaps?
If GNE were to operate the service as part of a stand-alone service or merge with one of the W services, it could have possibly ensured the service endured.
As it is, passengers are now forced to purchase multi-operator tickets and inevitably, their fares will only increase.
Yep too true,in my opinion its become harder and harder to go places freely and cheaply,its not just GNE,its all of them

Thought Xlines was new brand for express routes. How does this qualify as an express? Surely the X5 now 55 would of been classed more of an express than this.

I doubt if all the X30/X31 will run from Consett every trip
thought it was. Not sure how it would work now if was ran by deptford. Nothing really to run off or on to
