Having drivers not taking money isn't as much of a headache to the company as major disruption, customers buying cars, increased traffic congestion, newspaper articles, lower staff morale and less respect from the public... that's why strikes are done the way they are - the company has more to lose than just fares.WEll if all the drivers operated at normal, just didn't take money there would be no disruption except GNE lose money.
