Yesterday i have Marshall Capital Dart on the 345 trip that continues to skem, not bad for a bus ready to retire!

was able to catch the last 264 from Huyton - Halewood last night and had Enviro 200 MX12 CFE, I thought the route it took was great and the driver was very friendly having a laugh with us all the way! He even allowed me to get a photo of the Bus! real credit to the firm!

I am glad a managed a ride on it then yesterday - didn't look or sound like a vehicle ready for withdrawal (would say some of the Darts look/sound like they are ready for going though!).

Marshall Capital Dart 7652 was still in service today riding round with its front end well to high up...

Also Wright Commander 2582 was out on the 86A today

It's been repainted before going into service at St Helens.

2267 came last saturday and started to get painted monday and was finished for thursday and entered service on friday.

Just had a chuckle reading that someones posted on the Arriva North West page asking when do they take over Network Warrington, what is it with some people!.

Wright Cadet 2536 appeared to have been involved in a minor rtc today near vicarage road at about 14:00, damage didn't look to bad but a panel just above the headlights was bent and out of place. The car it hit was only small (fiesta I think) and the police were in attendance.

Halton have taken over operating the 200 today! This is 14 days earlier than expected. They don't seem to have aquired new minibuses as promised yet, but they have started operation early so they may be coming in due course. It is possible that they have taken over early due to the fact that one of Ashcrofts vechiles which operates the route was involved in a serious collision last week meaning they could be short of vechiles to operate the route. I haven't checked VOSA yet but I will check soon.
