Not mentioned yet here is the arrival of Optare Solos YJ05JWN/JWO from Rossendale Travel.
YT51EAY is now in fleet livery.

I'm told Leyland Olympian K719ASC was sold to Durham City who gained the St Leonard's contract it was used on.

MX10 KNW has been involved in some sort of incident on The Avenue in Chester. Would've tried to get a photo but the police are on scene. Damage to offside and front panels so it looks like it's hit something.
RE: Scarlet Band Motors
No idea whether anyone is aware, but Scarlet Band are Operating a Service under the Branding of "East Durham Hospital Link" using a Mercedes Sprinter Minibus, which I seen in the Sunderland Eye Infirmary Car Park this morning at 09:10am, it's route is as follows - Sunderland Royal - Sunderland Eye Infirmary - Hartlepool - North Tees - James Cook Hospital.

Never knew it existed, good job I had my camera on me so I could take a Photo of it, shall upload it at a Later Date though.
RE: Scarlet Band Motors
Yeah they've got 2 branded Sprinters (and one in basic blue/yellow livery) for it. The North Tees/James Cook one is linked, but will depend on bookings. I keep meaning to go out and get some photos of them but never quite get round to it... Did get one at North Tees a few months ago though.

They need too, all of the Solo's are really old and worn. They should invest in more Enviro 200's.
RE: Scarlet Band Motors
MX55WCZ "Our Bus" was operating the Chester-le-Street Local Services today.

Also Staindrop Road is closed beyond Mowden all week, so I imagine the 84/84A are being diverted.

Would love to see Scarlet Band get some more E200s or Solo SRs as some of the older Solos are pretty unpleasant.

The ex Rossendale Solo that usually does the Chester le Street Local has been missing since last week. The Scarlet Band 90 years Solo was on that route last Wednesday, an Enviro 200 on Thursday & Friday then a different Enviro 200 yesterday.

One of the ex Rossendale Solos was on the 110 today.

Many routes seem to use whatevers available, MX55WCZ has appeared on almost every service.

They really need to repaint the pink bus, what a vulgar eye sore it is, and such a poorly designed advert placed all over it too. It just looks an absolute mess!
