(03 Jun 2020, 10:53 am)Michael Talking of branding, wonder when GNE will restart the repainting process?, loads to do since the changesThere'll only be the essentials done. Old brands into corporate and that'll be it I'd imagine. Doesn't make financial sense to spend money to paint a bus in the current climate unless absolutely necessary.

(03 Jun 2020, 4:13 pm)Andreos1 I reckon the 9 branded Mercs will fall in to that category. Seen some appearing on the 35 and obviously those still working the 9 will need adaptations too.
Whether they have a full repaint or just have the vinyls removed (with associated sticky grime) is anyone's guess.
Edit: followed 5336 earlier and although the bodywork was questionable in places, the removal of its vinyls hadn't appeared to have left too many remnants, if at all. The silhouettes were still on of the people, but other branding associated with the 9 brand seemed to have gone.

That's such a shame. I think that was everybody's favourite livery!

(08 Jun 2020, 3:21 pm)Dan Following the permanent PVR reduction on the Coaster service from 1 June, former "Big Days Out" branded Hybrid 6069 has now been repainted into the 2019 fleet livery.
It has just left Saltmeadows, to return to Percy Main.

(08 Jun 2020, 3:40 pm)Michael I would imagine... 6068 and 6070 will follow?, i would imagine the 3 spare ones will replace older deckers at Percy Main.
Its hard to guess what buses, because the fleet lists are still all over.
Edit:
It's good to see repaints have started!

(08 Jun 2020, 3:49 pm)Dan The PVR is 13, not 12.
As 6064 is still away for hybrid conversion, no further buses are planned to be repainted at this time (as without 6064 there's 13 branded for a PVR of 13). Realistically there's more than one Hybrid off the road every day anyway, so 6069 didn't need to be done, it was only done because it was crying out for a repaint.

(09 Jun 2020, 10:26 am)Dan As the N56 service has been permanently withdrawn from 1 June; the Night Bus N56 branded Volvo B9TL, 6085, has been repainted into the 2019 fleet livery.

(09 Jun 2020, 10:42 am)JP6004 Awww thought the black and orange looked good. Is this the start of the brand refresh for 56 or just getting rid of non standard liveries etc
As much as I dislike black buses, I always liked the look of the night 56 and night Angel, probably due to the contrast between the bright and dark colours

(09 Jun 2020, 9:30 pm)L469 YVK To facilitate some of the routes earmarked for an upgrade to X-Lines, will the Fab 56 PVR & Frequency likely be reduced in the long term going forward?
This would free up 3x out of the 15x vehicles available at Deptford.
