This vehicle has been repainted into Go North East's new corporate livery. The new livery design is a a lot more eye-catching and features a two-tone base livery, with the traditional key colour of red towards the front of the bus, and non-metallic dark blue towards the back. It is thought that further vinyls will be added at a later date, in order to reflect the quality and customer values of Go North East.
Following the entry into service of Optare Solo M880/Optare 699 (YJ10 MFP) at Deptford Depot, this vehicle now forms part of the float/reserve fleet, though presently remains allocated to Deptford Depot.
This vehicle has received a special livery to promote Northern Writes. Northern Writes is a cultural education programme which is part of The Forge’s Defiant Voices programme. It is inspired by the pitman poet Tommy Armstrong and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Armstrong was a defiant voice, speaking out against poverty and inequality: injustices which still exist in the North East today. Northern Writes aims to use Armstrong’s poetry to inspire a new generation of defiant voices, restoring civic pride to the region.
Although it hasn't yet had the cream cowhorn removed; this vehicle has received "Frequenta" branding, with generic "Frequent connections into Redcar" branding.
Following the entry into service of the former Stagecoach East Scotland MAN 18.240LF/ADL Enviro 300 vehicles on Metrocentre Shuttle service 100, this vehicle has moved from Slatyford to Slatyford (Reserve), prior to re-allocation to Stockton Depot.
Ahead of the "Frequenta" brand being launched on service 15 at Stockton, this vehicle has been repainted into Arriva's corporate livery, minus the cowhorn.
This vehicle has received "DFDS Seaways" branding, for the 327 service operating between Newcastle City Centre and the International Ferry Terminal at North Shields, to connect with the DFDS Ferry to Ijmuiden for onward travel to Amsterdam. Each bus branded for the "DFDS Seaways" 327 service will feature different taglines on the uniquely coloured two-tone base livery. This example features the tagline "Your way to Amsterdam" on the nearside, and "Amsterdam Awaits" on the offside.
