This vehicle has moved from Stockton to Stockton (Under Repair), whilst undergoing DDA modifications at Thornton Brothers, Ashington, which will enable this vehicle to be used after 1st January 2016 (which is when all single-deck vehicles which do not meet PSVAR / DDA regulations have to be withdrawn from public service).
As the new X67 service (Middlesbrough to Darlington via Stockton & Hartburn) launches on 26th October, with Stockton Depot requiring two "MAX" branded VDL SB200/Wright Pulsar 2s to allocate to the service, this vehicle has temporarily transferred from Blyth Depot to Stockton. Once the two examples being refurbished for Stockton (1404 and 1405) return to service from refurbishment, this vehicle will return to service at Blyth.
