This vehicle has now been formally withdrawn from service at Hartlepool Depot, having sustained defects uneconomical to repair. It is believed that this vehicle will be stripped for spare parts, for use on other similar examples of the type within the fleet.
As a result of the inward transfer of Dennis Dart SLF 4/Alexander Enviro 200 36972 (SN63 VVG) to Slatyford due to a change in Nexus contract requirements on services 18 and 32/32A, this vehicle has transferred to Sunderland.

Taking on board feedback from customers, the Stagecoach created a new simplified and clearly colour coded design for its various bus services to make it easier and instantly recognisable for passengers to identify their required service, representing the three different types of journey; 'Azure blue' for its local bus services, 'Amber yellow' for longer distance services, and 'Ocean green' for specialist services.
