RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Theboyle92 - 27 Oct 2025 (27 Oct 2025, 7:23 pm)ReDemPTiion wrote What kind of incident has caused them not to be able to charge, fuel or gas any buses at all? Bet they wish Slatyford had their chargers done be easier to go to them than Stockton! But wouldn’t it not waste charge driving back up when it’s finished charging Believe one of the chargers set alight and knocked the electricity out that runs the diesel pumps and the gas pumps, portable chargers en route apparently but for a service of some shape or form to run tomorrow they have sent some yutongs down to stockton for charge. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Michael - 27 Oct 2025 (27 Oct 2025, 7:43 pm)Theboyle92 wrote Believe one of the chargers set alight and knocked the electricity out that runs the diesel pumps and the gas pumps, portable chargers en route apparently but for a service of some shape or form to run tomorrow they have sent some yutongs down to stockton for charge. Oh that's not good, hopefully there's a full service tomorrow. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - V514DFT - 27 Oct 2025 In regards to Slatyford, would it not have been easier to do Walkergate instead and transfer the running of some routes like the 12 and 22 to Slatyford allowing space for Walkergate to run the 30/31/36 RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Economic505 - 27 Oct 2025 I saw 73074 on the A19 after 17.00 going back to Sunderland. I wondered why until I read the latest SNE news. Bloody hell, wonder how long until they can get that sorted. Doesn’t bode well for Slatyford their chargers are still going to be indoors just minus a roof, imagine if one of those set alight inside the depot! They could have easily transferred the 12 it’s pretty much a single deck route now and some 62/63 boards which im sure would add up to 30/31/36 PVR. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Glen1974 - 28 Oct 2025 I am sorry if upset anyone got on about going new yutong U11dd double decker i am sorry mates RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Michael - 28 Oct 2025 Stagecoach submits plans for 'bus depot of the future' including gym and roof terrace in Stockton https://www.gazettelive.co.uk/news/teesside-news/stagecoach-bus-depot-plans-stockton-32756094?gaa_at=la&gaa_n=AWEtsqfUzOdU28R-HANYBsVtSsg_It8zEmIBHLhKPtxbFURpa49qqA-_BLmOKW--3OU%3D&gaa_ts=6900a02b&utm_source=newsshowcase&utm_medium=discover&utm_campaign=CCwqGQgwKhAIACoHCAowt6D9CjCvyvQCMNX2zwQwg42ABQ&utm_content=bullets&gaa_sig=pU4sjjfoMtU3ZIXlPRnvNWh-YblVLoyVUOW2yki_cXPbtVitEfeZjubAASFROH0b9_XiFQSOcab0oni2Yt2lgA%3D%3D RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Superman - 28 Oct 2025 ![]() 66 bus charging points in total. Is this loan from Shields or permanent transfer? RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Youngymmv - 30 Oct 2025 (30 Oct 2025, 11:32 am)LVK 404L wrote E200 37144 working out of Sunderland. Is this loan from Shields or permanent transfer? It’s been there since Monday so may well be a permanent transfer RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - F114TML - 30 Oct 2025 (30 Oct 2025, 3:59 pm)Youngymmv wrote It’s been there since Monday so may well be a permanent transfer Could be here because of the ongoing Yutong issues RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Youngymmv - 30 Oct 2025 (30 Oct 2025, 5:21 pm)FF114TML wrote Could be here because of the ongoing Yutong issues it was mentioned in the summer about shields swapping 2 of there E200’s for 2 of the 19xxx double deckers for additional scholars contracts RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Glen1974 - 31 Oct 2025 One is double decker take so long to get built it be at stockton depot now RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - V514DFT - 31 Oct 2025 (31 Oct 2025, 3:19 am)Glen1974 wrote One is double decker take so long to get built it be at stockton depot now Geeze will you shut up about those flippin double deckers, change the record RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Glen1974 - 31 Oct 2025 I well shut up just for you it was question that all it was RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - TransitObserver - 31 Oct 2025 From my understanding Yutong U11DD double decker YK75 LCT 83000 is at Slatyford RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - BusEnthusiast.com - 01 Nov 2025 Good morning everyone,I’d just like to ask about the NSAs on the slatyford batch of e400mmcs and e200mmcs(2016) and when their NSAs start working bc I always see the e400mmc ones just never working and the e200mmc ones show the correct things but never ever announce the stops.Do they need to still program the NSAs and will they be completed soon? RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Bus Lad Roy - 01 Nov 2025 36087 on the 10 in Middlesbrough, presumably covering for the Yutongs with broken windows. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Glen1974 - 01 Nov 2025 I though going to stockton depot want at Slatyford depot for? RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - V514DFT - 01 Nov 2025 Cus it has, so get over it (31 Oct 2025, 10:38 pm)ReDemPTiion wrote From my understanding Yutong U11DD double decker YK75 LCT 83000 is at Slatyford It is, but yet here we are, answering the SAME question AGAIN RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - TransitObserver - 01 Nov 2025 (01 Nov 2025, 9:59 am)BusEnthusiast.com wrote Good morning everyone,I’d just like to ask about the NSAs on the slatyford batch of e400mmcs and e200mmcs(2016) and when their NSAs start working bc I always see the e400mmc ones just never working and the e200mmc ones show the correct things but never ever announce the stops.Do they need to still program the NSAs and will they be completed soon? It’s weird because they should have been done for the 1st October when the law came in but haven’t. 26067 works, not well but works. 26080 works but the speakers are turned down. Not sure what the plan is with 26284 & 26286 which NSA’s don’t work. I believe 11298 didn’t have working NSA’s or screen but I saw that the other day and the screen was working so must have been fixed. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - Michael - 02 Nov 2025 Have Stagecoach managed to sort out the gas and electric charging systems yet, since the fire knocked them off? That's some distance to travel to recharge - I'm surprised they haven't brought in temporary chargers. There is one, possibly two, also getting charged on our pits. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - deanmachine - 02 Nov 2025 I hope stuff like this are just teething issues with switching to electric vehicles. I really do want them to work but having most of a depot go down would be catastrophic for places that can't send their stuff to other depots as easy. Hope it doesn't become a common thing. RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - L469 YVK - 03 Nov 2025 Hello, Daft question. I'm potentially moving to near Kenton Road with access to the 10/11 & 31 which are pretty good routes. If there is an issue on the Central Motorway in the mornings, are drivers on the 10/11 allowed to run non-stop via Grandstand Road, BBC, Hunters Road and Claremont Road? RE: Stagecoach North East Latest News - TransitObserver - 03 Nov 2025 (03 Nov 2025, 9:02 pm)L469 YVK wrote Hello, Hi mate, most mornings at the moment due to the roadworks on the central motorway the service 10 and 11 run from Kenton Road left onto Grandstand Road and then via Great North Road into the city centre. They’d be unable to use the route you suggested due to traffic around the cowhill junction would make them very late. 73176 entered public service today (3/11/25) following its permanent transfer from Stockton although it was not tracking. Yes I think Hartlepool is providing short term cover when buses are needed when they is a shortage due to vandalism or breakdowns. I would think Sunderland and the Newcastle depots will then send some of there spares down if longer term cover is needed. It does seem to be the same areas in Hardwick and ( South Bank/ Grangetown Areas for Arriva ) where regular vandalism seems to be happening unfortunately. |
