Yes. E400 MMC BU17 WMS at their Stanhope depot.

There's two E400MMCs in maroon (both ex Ham's Travel), the other being WT18BUS:

Their depots are Stanhope and Crook. Stanhope is near Consett, and Weardale operate the 763, 764, 765 and 773 in Consett.

They certainly used too, unsure if it’s still operational. It was just off Delves Lane

Think it still is, the bus which does the Consett to UTC South Durham (Aycliffe) run sometimes tracks from there on a morning (as Bishop Auckland service 9 which it drops onto afterwards).
The Consett services run from Crook depot, starting/ending the day as service 765 from Crook to Consett.
