Favourite Routes - 683, 688, 353, 47, V9, old X31, 128, X84, X85, X71.
Worst Routes - 53, 56, 58, 21, 78 from Chester to Sunderland, pretty much every route around Sunderland.

Oh, aside from Birtley, the 9 from Sunderland to Jarra'... grim grim grim! Would rather head up to South Shields and get the Metro over there!

Don't apologise! Sunderland is a pretty dull and boring place, apart from the Seaburn coastline. Not a lot else to see really.

The full 38 is one I may have to do again before it goes.

The 238 is canny on the Seaham-Sunderland section too. Never been on the full 38 but if I have a Saturday free will give it a go sometime before it goes and possibly the 99 too.

The 900 is a nice route to south hylton when it runs

The 38 doesnt go over that way.
The 238 skirts the far side of Penshaw Monument and there are some great (if brief) views.
Not a location that crops up on photos too often.

The 36 going out towards CLS is a nice route, overall. Pineapples, castles and a coach depot. What more do you want?

I agree with that except I have never used the X7 or 61, the 265 between Durham and Hetton is good.

In some weird way I do quite like it! Going round the back and through the bus-only road using the barriers, yeah! Oddly entertaining!

X20 is better though, just a shame it's a limited service, used to love the Pronto X20.

Weirdly I have never used the 20/20A/X20, I'll use it when the Streetlites come though, the Solars have put me off

The traffic lights and road traffic management on Gillas Lane do my head in.
Love the 'short cuts' the X20 does between Durham and Houghton.
Even though my eyes are taken out in the process.
