RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - L469 YVK - 23 Jan 2015 If Riverside get a B9 from Deptford, will GNE fit them with red leather headrests and CCTV monitors to conform with the rest of the TEN fleet? Doubt it, as it looks like it will only be a spare for the TEN and TTX. RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - Malarkey - 23 Jan 2015 Cant remember if it was reported yesterday or not but 5327 is back in service and is on 2A/2C Galleries bound, just gone through Falfield. Aye, I was pretty vague and said all three were out yesterday, and said 5326 and another example were on 2A/2C while the other one was on 35. 4972 is also back at Deptford. RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - Malarkey - 23 Jan 2015 4914 has broken down on X7 in Park Lane. been sitting on stand for 20 Minutes and no sign of a replacement coming RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - Malarkey - 23 Jan 2015 5308 has been debranded, just left PL on the 35A to Rainton Bridge. RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - gtom - 23 Jan 2015 Never sure where to put things now but a while ago we were talking about the Angel into Eldon Square. Potentially they could send short Chester workings up Blackett Street and terminate at the 'new-ish' Angel only stop opposite St Andrews Church and leave Eldon Square to the X21 and Durham workings RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - Si1989 - 23 Jan 2015 The fab 56 Decker that has went in to be painted red has just came out paint shop looks nice RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - Dan - 23 Jan 2015 (23 Jan 2015, 12:03 pm)Si1989 wrote The fab 56 Decker that has went in to be painted red has just came out paint shop looks niceYes, this is 6084. It has now transferred to Riverside. 8324 broken down on Fawcett St, Sunderland, whilst working service 42. Currently in Eldon Square doing the 13:00 X10 RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - S813 FVK - 23 Jan 2015 (22 Jan 2015, 9:52 pm)Malarkey wrote Hang on lets think about this with a bit of logic here, sure this will all work out with a bit of Maths as think Park5354s thoughts on allocations for the X66 could work. What would be the point in replacing 4 buses from Stanley, Percy Main or Washington for around a month then transferring them back be? I also used logic by dismissing the possible transfer the Omnicities over, they are required on services X70/X71 and 9. I purposely didnt mention anything about the 4 Solars at Washington - i don't know what their uses are. I think they're spares but i wasn't sure. Plus the fact that the Omnicities only have 41 seats compared to a Solar which has 42 seats. Those aren't really that big for such a popular service but a Renown has 44 seats - still not a great deal but they have the most seats (not including deckers) and would therefore be slightly more suitable. Either way, i think the vehicles used will be sourced from Riverside. Aye, the blinds were just displaying the GNE logo. Was definitely on the X10 though. Sorry, yeah. Slightly misread it. Been a long day, but thankfully it's the weekend. That's the problem with electronic texts. It can be difficult to interpret how they are supposed to be understood, compared to when actually speaking to someone. Anyway, I do apologise for the rubbish photo, but it's better than nothing. I was sitting down waiting for friends to arrive at the time. RE: Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - January 2015 - Dan - 23 Jan 2015 Few things worth noting: - Deptford's former "Laser" branded Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 4968 (NK53 UNU) has now arrived at Saltmeadows for repaint into Prince Bishops purple. - Deptford's corporate liveried Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 5203 (NK54 NUW) has returned to service following its loan to Stanley. - Chester-le-Street's corporate liveried Dennis Trident/East Lancs Lolyne 3877 (W187 SCU) still currently remains on loan to Stanley.
